Doron Kempel is Chairman and CEO at Bond. Prior to founding Bond in 2017, Doron was Founder and CEO of SimpliVity Corporation, which pioneered hyper converged IT infrastructure, a novel cloud architecture that radically simplified IT infrastructure and was eventually acquired by HPE. Previously, was co-founder, Chairman and CEO at Diligent Technologies, which was eventually acquired by IBM. Doron holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, as well as Law and Philosophy degrees from Tel-Aviv University. Additionally, he served for approximately 10 years in the Israeli Defense Forces.

Rob Quimby is Head of Product Management at Bond. He leads the team responsible for the product vision, development, policies, delivery and growth of Bond’s innovative personal safety and security services. Rob brings over a decade of experience of product leadership at venture-backed companies, with a specialization in AI and mobile experiences that reach millions of end users. Prior to his product career, Rob worked for the MITRE corporation developing artificial intelligence solutions for the US Government. He holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering.

Mike Hollick is the Head of Command Center Operations at Bond. In his role, Mike leads the team responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and implementation of Bond's 24/7 Command Center Operation. Mike is an award-winning operations executive with more than 20 years of experience in Call Center operations, Information Technology, Project Management and Customer Care. Prior to Bond, Mike led the Customer Care Organization at The Vitamin Shoppe, a leading omni-channel specialty retailer and contract manufacturer of nutritional products. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from William Paterson University.

Joseph DeSalvo was most recently Chief Security Officer of Blackstone and has more than 20 years of experience in corporate security and investigations. Based in New York, he oversaw security for Blackstone's facilities, employees and assets, business continuity, crisis management, duty of care and executive protection for all offices globally. A former FBI Special Agent and United States Army veteran, Mr. DeSalvo has held similar roles at Charles Schwab & Co., Bankers Trust Company and Iron Mountain. Mr. DeSalvo earned his MBA from the University of Hartford, and he holds executive leadership certifications from Georgetown University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Hezi Sayar is the Head of Engineering Operations at Bond. In his role, Hezi is responsible for driving the vision, strategy and implementation of all the technology aspects of Bond’s products and services, as well as 24/7 operation of Bond’s cutting-edge cloud-based technology platform. He brings over 15 years of software development experience to Bond. Previously, Hezi led engineering and R&D teams at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Micro Focus. Hezi holds a BS in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Amit Hod is Head of Corporate Operations at Bond. In this role, he leads the company's daily activities across functions such as finance, IT, and regulatory compliance. Prior to Bond, Amit was the CFO at BCM where he leads the company’s acquisition. Before, he was a senior auditor at PwC, managing financial audits of start-ups in the high-tech and online arenas, private and listed companies. Amit holds a B.A in accounting and information technologies and M.A in law. Additionally, he served for 8 years in the ministry of defense.

Michael Lambert is Head of Commercial Operations at Bond. A multilingual enterprise sales leader with an unbroken string of organizational success stories, Michael is a board-facing executive who joined Bond most recently from Vectra AI, a pre-IPO cybersecurity market disruptor, where he established and grew the top-performing regional sales team globally. Prior to this, Michael was the VP/GM of the Americas at MSC Software, leading a cross-functional team through a turnaround success that enabled the company to exit private equity with an attractive multiple. Formative sales experiences at PTC and IBM prepared him to step into the MSC role. Michael spent five years active duty in the US Marine Corps after he graduated with honors from the US Naval Academy. He speaks, reads and writes Japanese and Spanish.

April Little is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Bond. April has over 12 years of recruiting experience in the Defense, Aerospace, and Higher Education industries. Prior to Bond, April was the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at L3Harris Technologies, a defense contractor, and information technology services provider. April holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY.
