Prior to founding Bond in 2017, Doron was Founder and CEO of SimpliVity Corporation, which pioneered hyper converged IT infrastructure, a novel cloud architecture that radically simplified IT infrastructure and was eventually acquired by HPE. Previously, was co-founder, Chairman and CEO at Diligent Technologies, which was eventually acquired by IBM. Doron holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, as well as Law and Philosophy degrees from Tel-Aviv University. Additionally, he served for approximately 10 years in the Israeli Defense Forces.

In his role, Jose leads the team responsible for the product vision, development, policies, delivery and growth of Bond’s innovative personal safety services. Prior to Bond, Jose held senior product leadership roles at Wayfair, where he drove product initiatives for the retailer’s international sites, as well as the creation of new customer experiences and services to accelerate growth and revenue. Before Wayfair, Jose spent four years at Amazon, most recently as Product Management Lead for Amazon Mexico, where he spearheaded the launch and operations of their marketplace platform and third-party seller business. Carlos Gutierrez is Chair of Albright Stonebridge Group. Secretary Gutierrez served as U.S. Secretary of Commerce from 2005 to 2009 under President George W. Bush, where he worked with foreign government and business leaders to advance economic relationships, enhance trade, and promote U.S. exports. Secretary Gutierrez also played a key role in the passage of landmark free trade agreements that remove trade barriers, expand export opportunities, and boost global investment.
Previously, Secretary Gutierrez spent nearly thirty years with Kellogg Company, a global manufacturer and marketer of well-known food brands. After assignments in Latin America, Canada, Asia, and the United States, he became President and Chief Executive Officer of Kellogg in 1999 − the youngest CEO in the company's hundred year history. Jody Weis served in the FBI for 23-years, holding every position from Special Agent to Deputy Assistant Director. Edward (Ed) Davis was Police Commissioner of the Boston Police Department for seven years where he oversaw security operations for six world championship celebrations, the Occupy Boston Movement and led the highly successful response to the Boston Marathon bombing. In 1995, he was appointed the youngest Police Superintendent in the City of Lowell where he instituted a new philosophy of Community Policing, which was recognized nationally and resulted in a massive decrease in serious crimes. Additionally, he was a Spring 2014 Resident Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School Institute of Politics and has lectured extensively at both Harvard and MIT on physical and cyber security, public safety and emergency/crisis response.
