Joseph DeSalvo is the Global Head of Security and Professional Security Consulting Services. Prior to joining Bond, he was Chief Security Officer of Blackstone, and he has more than 20 years of experience in corporate security and investigations. Based in New York, he oversaw security for Blackstone's facilities, employees and assets, business continuity, crisis management, duty of care and executive protection for all offices globally. A former FBI Special Agent and United States Army veteran, Mr. DeSalvo has held similar roles at Charles Schwab & Co., Bankers Trust Company and Iron Mountain. Mr. DeSalvo earned his MBA from the University of Hartford, and he holds executive leadership certifications from Georgetown University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
