How to Delete your Account and All Associated Data from the Bond - Personal Security App
To delete your account from the app:
1Open the Bond app.
2Navigate to the menu on the upper right denoted by three horizontal lines.
3Select Account.
4Select Account Status.
5Select the "Delete My Account" button.
6Follow the onscreen prompts to delete your account including selecting the "Delete My Account" button again and the "Confirm and Logout" button.
7You can then choose to keep the app on your device or uninstall as you wish.
To request that Member Care deletes your account for you:
1Fill in the form below.
2Within 24 hours, Bond Member Care will work to verify your identity and deletion request by contacting you at the email address and/or phone number on file for your account.
3Once you verify your identity and deletion request, your account will be deleted within one week.

If You Delete Your Account
If you delete your account, you can't regain access to your account.
Copies of your information may temporarily remain in the backup storage that we use to recover in the event of a disaster, software error, or other data loss event. If so, this will be permanently deleted within 12 months.
We may retain certain log data in our databases even after you delete your account, but such data will be disassociated from any identifying information such that it can no longer be linked to your account. To do this, we regularly wipe certain identifying information from this log data. We also replace any instance of your account ID with a replacement identifier which can't be linked back to your account once it is deleted.
